Full Mouth Reconstruction
Unbearable tooth or jaw pain or the embarrassing gaps from missing teeth are not pleasant. If you are experiencing either of these conditions, you may be a candidate for full mouth reconstruction.
This is a process rebuilding of most, or all, of your teeth, and we may use several different treatments to get the results we want. This may be necessary to help your teeth function properly and alleviate your pain. Full mouth reconstruction requires a lot of planning time and multiple dental sessions. These procedures can go on from a couple months to a couple years. It is a big investment, so you need to be completely sure it is your best option.
You may be a candidate for full mouth reconstruction if you:
- have continuous pain in your jaw, face, neck or shoulders
- have constant headaches
- have lost many teeth through decay or trauma
- you have several teeth that are cracked, worn, or broken
We begin with a comprehensive exam. We’ll first diagnose the health of your teeth, looking for breaks, decay, and root canal issues. Next, we’ll check the health of your gums and measure your gum’s pockets, or the area between the tooth roots and the gum.
We’ll create a plan for you and discuss each procedure. We’ll explain why the procedure is necessary and how all of the procedures will work together to achieve your goals.
All of this is done to get you healthy and relieve your pain. But, the added bonus is the beautiful teeth. You’ll get to choose color and shape and get the smile you’ve always wanted.
Full mouth reconstruction is a commitment to your overall health. Our goal is to help you live your life free of pain.
